Holiday Home Tour

This weekend I had the great honor of having Lindsey White Photo come to my home to take my holiday tour pictures. Lindsey captured the rustic cozy-ness of my home in the most perfect way.

This deer has been on my wish list since last Christmas. This year I snagged two!

I am all about decorating on a budget. This was my first year with a mantle. Stocking holders(That I really liked, of course) are super pricey. I found an inexpensive set at HomeGoods for $16. Using a curtain rod that I had sitting in my linen closet I rigged up my very own stocking holder. It only cost me $16!

& I love how it turned out...

Flocked Christmas trees. Swoon. I found these beauties for $30 each at Walmart!

Lindsey & I were walking around Target as we have been doing quite a bit these days. I so desperately have been wanting the vintage truck with the Christmas tree in the trunk. Alas, I could not find it. I recalled this little vintage car I had purchased from HomeGoods a couple years ago. Found these cute Christmas trees & I went home for some vintage DIY-ness....

I could NOT resist this cute fabric bird. Look at his little bowtie!!

My woodland themed Christmas tree in my master bedroom makes me so happy. I have always wanted to have a Christmas tree in my master & this was my year!

I would be lying if I said this pink wonderland is all my daughter's doing. I am (not so secretly) living vicariously through her.

A HUGE thank you to Lindsey White for collaborating with me on this home tour. Please take a moment to visit her work either on her Instagram or her website

Happy Holidays!

Christmas Table Scape.

I really wanted a simple table scape for Christmas that could be left up all winter. I went to Marshalls & purchased 5 mercury candle holders. Then, I headed over to Michaels Craft store & picked up one of their holiday garland at 50% off. Bonus? Yes!! I really wanted to add some grey deer that I found at Target, but for $20 each I had to pass. To be honest I really love the simplicity of just the candle holders & garland.

I honestly swoon every time I walk into the dining room. Simple yet glamorous & rustic.
